Former Everton midfielder Manuel Fernandes is the cousin involved and he claims that Edimilson is not getting enough chances in east London and should move to Turkey.
According to reports in Fotomac, Manuel has offered the services of his cousin to Turkish champions Besiktas, where he used to play before heading to Lokomotiv Moscow.
